The Laye Sports & Social Club aims to bring each and every sporter together through a series of various social gatherings and sports events throughout the year where one can connect, share experiences, and celebrate their shared love for the game. How do I sign up for the Laye Sports & Social Club?
In your account you can tick the option to become a member and stay updated with our latest events and news. Alternatively, you have the opportunity to sign-up by subscribing for the newsletter in the website footer.
Products
How do I find the right size and fit?
If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.
The product that I want is out of stock. Will it be restocked?
There is a chance, but no guarantee that items in the future will be restocked, however, keep an eye out on our socials and webshop to see if that must-have item appears again.
The product I received is damaged. What do I do?
Please contact info@layesports.com in case you have received damaged products or you have any other questions that you would like to ask us.
How do I take care of my laye sports products?
Each product has a washlabel inside the items with instructions on how to care for you products. The product page on the website also has a section on how to care for your product.

Why haven’t I received my order confirmation?
Your order confirmation should be sent out shortly after your order, in case you have not received a confirmation within an hour, please reach out to info@layesports.com
Where can I see the status of my order?
When you order has been confirmed, all orders should be visible in your account.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
In case you want to modify or cancel your order, please reach out to info@layesports.com as soon as possible to see what possibilities we can provide.
I made a mistake with my shipping address. What do I do?
Please reach out to info@layesports.com as soon as possible to see if we can change the address before sending out your parcel.
To which countries does laye sports ship?
To make our products accessible to anyone, we also offer shipping to anywhere in the world.
What are laye sports' shipping rates?
Below you are able to find our:
- The Netherlands €3,95 -> free over €80
- Belgium/Germany €7,95 -> free over €100
- Europe €9,95 -> free over €150
- World €14,95 -> free over €250
How is my order shipped?
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout. The delivery service depends on the country of destination of the parcel.
What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
Payment
How can I pay for my order?
There are multiple payment services that we offer, which include: iDeal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Klarna and Paypal.
Where do I find my invoice?
Your invoice is attached to your order confirmation per mail and can be found in your account history.
Why am I not able to complete my payment?
Please try another payment form if your preferred option repeatedly does not work. In case other payment forms do not work, please reach out to info@layesports.com for other solutions.
Returns & exchanges
How can I return an order?
In case of an order return:
- Please contact info@layesports.com with which items you would like to return.
- Ship order back to Kwakerstraat 20-1, 1053 WD Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
- Order will be reimbursed 3-5 business days after order has been received.
How can I exchange an order?
In case you would like to exchange an item please return the items you don’t want and place a new order.
Can I return a sale item?
Yes, return and exchange policy holds for items on sale.
What are the costs for a return?
The costs for the return depend on the origin of your country as we ask you to provide your own labels to send back the product(s).
Within which time frame do I have to return laye sports products?
If you would like to return any products, please do so within 30 days.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be paid within 3-5 business days once the returned product(s) have been received. Please incorporate the processing from the bank which can add more time.
Giftcards
Can I buy a laye sports giftcard?

How will I receive my giftcard?
Your gift card will be sent to your email digitally.
How do I use my giftcard?
You will receive an unique code in with your giftcard which can be used when paying for items in the checkout section.
Does a laye sports giftcard have an expiry date?
There is no expiry date on our giftcards, so feel free to order your product now or later.
